Applications for NGO/CSO Registration
Instructions:
- Form A to be filled in by unregistered organizations and form B to be filled in by already registered organizations elsewhere (attested copy of registration to be attached)
- Copies of CNIC of office bearers duly attested.
- List of names, CNIC,occupation and addresses of office bearers (executive committee) signed by the head of the organization and witnessed by two locals.
- Four copies of constitution of organization signed by the head of organization
- Two copies of plan of action signed by the head of the organization
- Minutes of meetings (latest) with names and CNIC of general body signed by the head of the organization
- Progress report
- Banks Accounts
